How to activate the Dropmagic App Embed on Shopify

What is the App Embed?

The App Embed is a toggle in your Shopify theme settings that enables Dropmagic components (bundles, upsells, custom sections) to render on your live store. Without it, Dropmagic sections won't appear even after publishing.

If your bundles, upsells, or custom sections aren't showing on your live store, the App Embed is probably not activated. This is the #1 cause of "not showing" issues.

How to activate the App Embed

1. Go to your Shopify admin

2. Navigate to Online Store → Themes

3. Click "Customize" on your active theme

4. In the theme editor, click "App embeds" in the left sidebar (it's at the bottom, below sections)

5. Find "Dropmagic" in the list and toggle it ON

6. Click Save

When do I need the App Embed?

• Any time you use Dropmagic bundles

• Any time you use Dropmagic upsells

• Any time you publish Dropmagic product pages to your store

• Basically: always. If you use Dropmagic, keep the App Embed on.

Troubleshooting

If the App Embed is already on but things still aren't showing:

• Make sure your product is using a Dropmagic template (Shopify admin → Products → select product → Theme template)

• Try republishing the page from Dropmagic

• Clear your browser cache or test in incognito
