This tutorial will guide you through the process of publishing a single page from your Dropmagic store to Shopify, while ensuring that your existing Shopify store pages remain unchanged. You will learn how to connect your store, select the specific page, and verify the publication.
Begin by linking your Dropmagic store to your Shopify store.
Click the Publish button in Dropmagic.
Click Connect your store.
Choose to create a new Shopify account or use an existing one.
Copy your Shopify store's URL and paste it into the provided field in Dropmagic.
Click Install.
You will be redirected to Shopify to install the Dropmagic application.
After successfully connecting your store, you will return to Dropmagic to choose which pages to publish.
Click the Publish button again.
Locate and click the All Pages option (or similar page selection control).
Unselect all pages except the specific page(s) you wish to publish from Dropmagic.
Once you have carefully selected only the desired pages:
Click the Publish button to finalize the process.
The initial publishing process may take 3-4 minutes. Subsequent updates will be much faster, typically completing in a few seconds.
To confirm your selected page has been published correctly:
Go to your Shopify store and reload the page.
Navigate to Online Store and verify that your existing homepage (or any other unselected page) remains unchanged.
Check the URL path for the page you published from Dropmagic (e.g., a product page) to confirm it is now live on your Shopify store.
This method ensures that only your chosen Dropmagic content is added, preserving your existing Shopify store's design and content.
